See how to get started
A three-minute walkthrough made for Rednock students: sign in, build your profile, track a job, write your CV and cover letter, and get ready for the interview.
What you'll do
-
Step 1
Sign in
Go to rednock.jobcamp.ai and type in your school email. You'll get a six-digit code, with no password to remember. Can't find it? Have a look in your spam or junk folder.
-
Step 2
Build your profile
Upload a CV if you have one, or add your details a section at a time. School projects, clubs, volunteering and helping others all count. For each one, say what you did and what happened as a result.
-
Step 3
Track a job
Find a job you like, copy the whole job description and paste it into the Application Tracker. Tracking a job doesn't send anything to the employer, so you can save as many as you like.
-
Step 4
Check your CV and letter
For every job you track, Jobcamp writes a CV and cover letter made for that role. Read every line and make sure it's true and sounds like you.
-
Step 5
Prepare for the interview
Add the company, its website and the job title to get your strengths, practice questions and a plan. Answer with STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and practise out loud, in your own words.
